Tree Walk
Work on photographic composition and technical skills while getting fresh air and learning about trees during their dormant period. Walk with Lori Adams and Bill Molloy, arborist, at Vanderbilt Mansion and the Winnakee Nature Preserve in Hyde Park. Bill has been up and down from trees of all kinds for over 40 years and has guided Lori to many spectacular specimens in the last four. While warm weather brings buds and leaves, shade and dappled light, it is in the cooler weather that we get to enjoy the armature and structure of marvelous specimens. Dress appropriately. Come charged up and bring spare batteries.
